Can you give me a breakdown of the total cost of ownership?

Website services range from monthly services to dedicated fees per project.  We leverage this cost to produce ROI for you or your business as a measurement tool for success. Typically you would be charged either a monthly fee for a package deal, hosting included, and with service add-on capabilities, or you would be charged an initial development fee and then for monthly hosting.

Do you have a documented, repeatable process to plan and build websites?

Yes. This makes us unique in all aspects as we open our process up to our clents throughout so they can view and see our progress as things happen over time.

Do you have a standard way to estimate website projects?

Yes, we estimate project using a certain set of criteria ranging from time of completion to difficulty of project.  View our pricing model.

How will I pay for ongoing changes?  Is it a flat fee or hourly?

We allow you to purchase add-on services that keep you in control of your budget.  These services range from flat fees to hourly charges for more custom type development.  The great thing is we offer a quoting service that you may view and think over prior to committing to any project.

Is the website portable or do I have to host it with you?

We work with a range of clients that prefer to have their site hosted elsewhere.  We do recommend that you do host with us simply because we have very reliable servers, but it is not mandatory.
